. CB-1 FLAT OR CONVOLUTED WAFERS: Installing our quality-built wafers provide long lasting durability resulting in more time between change-overs. A full set
is easily installed by one person. Available in flat or spacer less convoluted. We offer poly for normal sweeping, wire for heavy sweeping and combo for medium sweeping.
Poly – for normal sweeping. Constructed of virgin polypropylene material. Strict quality control standards assure uniform balance in every section for even sweeping.
Wire – for heavy sweeping. Spring tempered crimped steel wire. Proven as the industry leader through years of experience. The heavy-gauge steel bristles in each wafer meet the demands of caked mud, stone and heavy debris.
Combo – for medium sweeping. Combination of wire and poly wafers. Customized to your specifications for any medium-duty sweeping, any time of year
Convoluted – spacerless wafer available in poly and wire filaments. With the spacer eliminated, your brush assembles easier and quicker to minimize costly downtime. Each convoluted section creates a sweeping action to the right and
left to utilize the natural flicking characteristics of the bristles. Each section is only 5/8” wide but sweeps a 3” path. Your brushes wear longer without streaking.
